Salinko’s source of wealth emerges as Ghanaians wonder how he got too much money recently
Ghanaians have been wondering how Kumawood actor Abraham Kofi Davis, popularly known as Salinko, suddenly made too much money recently, especially after his recent acts of generosity towards people in the entertainment industry.
Well, it turns out that Salinko’s reported source of wealth has been largely outside acting, with his businesses and other investments said to be the main sources of his income.
Reports have identified three businesses, LINKO 1, LINKO 2 and LINKO 3, as part of the actor’s business interests. The ventures are said to be involved in the distribution and warehousing of milk powder in Ghana.
This means Salinko’s finances reportedly extend beyond his long-running career in Kumawood. He is also said to have interests in other investments that have generated returns over the years.
The interest in his finances grew after the actor reportedly gifted vehicles to fellow entertainers, supported veteran actors and musicians financially, and pledged monthly stipends to hundreds of people in the creative industry.
His recent generosity has therefore left many people curious about how he is able to fund the support he gives to his colleagues.
Salinko has spent years building a name for himself as an actor in Ghana’s Kumawood industry, but his reported business interests show another side of his career outside the movie industry.
