Samsung’s next premium tablet, the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, could arrive with a large 14.6-inch AMOLED display and up to 16GB of RAM, according to recent leaks.

Reports suggest the tablet may use a 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with a resolution of 2,960 by 1,848 pixels. The large display would make the device suitable for watching videos, editing documents and using multiple apps at the same time.

The top model is also rumored to include 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. Other versions could offer 12GB of RAM with 256GB or 512GB of storage.

Leaked specifications also point to a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor and an 11,600mAh battery. However, these details have not been confirmed by Samsung, and the company has not officially announced the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra.

The design is expected to remain similar to the previous Ultra model, with a slim body and a camera notch. The tablet could be announced later in 2026, although Samsung has not revealed a launch date.
