A woman has complained about the difficulty of finding a man willing to commit to marriage, saying she only realised how scarce “husband material” was after she started looking for a husband.

In a post shared online, she said the popular claim that “men full everywhere” changed for her when she began searching for a serious partner.
“Until I start dey look for husband, na then I know say men no dey anywhere,” she said.

According to her, many of the men she encounters are only interested in sex and do not intend to build a lasting relationship.
“The men wey dey na the one wey go knack you. Na the one wey go knack you yayaya. Knack you wetin no good. Knack you belleful come go.
Tomorrow them go see you, them go do like say them no know you.”

She said finding a man who genuinely wants marriage now feels like a matter of luck.
“Husband material no dey anywhere. Na by grace of God. Because if e really dey, we for don marry.”
The woman also reflected on a past relationship with a man who claimed he wanted to marry her.
“The one wey I see wey deceive me say e wan marry me, I no know say na wetin dey in-between my legs make am come my life. But when I know,
I leave the relationship jejeje,” she said.

She ended by advising women who have found men they consider serious to value their relationships.
“Men no dey anywhere, my sister. The one wey you hold, hold am strong. Hold am strong like wealth. Hold am the way they dey hold God.”
